oooh my first post!!

Finally decided to join this internet thing since I've pretty much signed up for every possible internet thingy there is and this gives me an outlet for my thoughts that no one else will probably ever read. Most people I know have these things to showcase their beautiful families and keep in touch with their mommy-type friends. While that's the life I'd love to be living, my calling is apparently far from that right now. I guess there are probably some other people who use this as a sounding board for their private and public bitch fests, and that may come across in mine from time to time, but I'm ok with that. Everyone needs one every once in a while. Otherwise, it offers a place for me to put some of my thoughts in writing and slow my brain down enough to actually complete a thought or two every now and then. I have so many big ideas, and maybe if nothing else, I can write them here, so even when they don't come to fruition the omnipotent internet will always have record that I thought of them. FYI, my blog is probably going to have quite a bit of information about how great I think I am, because that is one of my favorite topics. Self esteem has never been a problem for me... Hmmm. What else...Oh. If you don't like stream of consiousness style of writing, you should probably navigate away from here as quickly as possible cuz that's the way I roll. There's really no purpose in this for me other than to help me think through my life and express myself and who knows, I may lose interest in this in a couple of years. I give it two weeks.
