Travel is hard work!

Somehow I don't know where I get my inspiration! I'm sitting here in the Dallas airport on my way home to Louisiana and thinking how very convenient it is to have a laptop and some internet access, since I've got a 5 hour layover. After sleeping about 2.5 hours, I stood at the beginning of a 12 hour voyage across land and air to get to point B where my family is waiting. Needless to say I am exhausted, and you can't sleep on a plane... well some people can. The guy next to me had no problem with it, nor the newlyweds behind me. I even pulled my hoodie down over my eyes to try and shut out the light, turned up my ipod and *gasp* COULD NOT GET COMFORTABLE in a tiny chair that doesn't recline. 3 hours later I have given up on sleeping until I get there. Ok pause from my thoughts...Some dude is taking pictures of the bathrooms right now, or something... I can't figure it out. people are going in and out of the bathroom and this guy is freaking taking pictures!! WEird! He had a tape measure in his hand. Maybe he's some kind of maintenance guy. Although I can't imagine why you would need a picture of a wall between two bathrooms. Then again, I'm not very imaginative. So ok back to me. ok where was I? given up on sleeping... Yeah. So now I'm psycho wired and typing like a crazy person after spending a good ten minutes trying to figure out the damn T-mobile hotspot and paying $9.99 for the access. I figure it comes out to about $2.50 an hour and I'm making $15 an hour sitting here cuz I'm on paid vacation! So it's worth it. The internet has so many options for entertainment! I'm not even worried about getting bored from my layover anymore. Not to mention I brought a book called CRANK about Meth... I love my job. When I'm on vacation I'm still vicariously hanging out with drug addicts. it's like I can't get enough of them. like I'm addicted to addicts. Crazy. Oh and the ipod. My little pink bubble gummy cutesy wootsey ipod. I love it. I wouldn't even own one if they hadn't made a pink one. I'm so weird. But good job Apple... You guys got me! Anyway I'm gonna go play some internet games and check out the facebook. I've got unlimited access for 24 hours, so I may need to Blog again!
